Eiji is from Prince of Tennis (Tennis no Oujisama)
Eiji's so energetic, he's not one of my favorite characters, but that doesn't mean that I hate him as well. He's the funniest out of all of them and this picture kind of goes with what I was saying. I like the faces that he made for the different people, haha.
If you don't know the people who he's imitating, here it goes from left to right:
Tezuka Kunimitsu, Oishi Shuichiroh, Eiji Kikumaru(himself), Kawamura Takashi, Inui Sadaharu, Fuji Syusuke, Momoshiro Takeshi, and Kaidoh Kaoru
